    Lee County School District is a significant part of Lee County.  We provide a first class educational experience to 1,933 students.  Lee County Schools consist of 1 high school, 1 middle school and 3 elementary schools throughout our county.  We provide a 1:1 technology environment, while also offering various programs for our students, such as Early College partnership with Central Carolina Technical College, AVID, JROTC, Fine Arts, Project LEAD Summer Camp, and 21st Century After-School Tutoring Programs.  We are committed to ensuring that our students are prepared for 21st Century careers and opportunities.  Lee County Schools are on the path to excellence.

    Lee Academy is a fully accredited K3-12th grade independent school. Our K3-6th grade curriculum provides a strong academic foundation and is geared to prepare students for future academic success. The high school curriculum offers two programs of study, college and technical preparatory. Central Carolina Technical College, in partnership with Lee Academy, offers college credit courses on campus during the school day.

    Pee Dee Math Science and Technology Academy’s mission is to develop innovative, confident and self-motivated citizens through a math, science and technology curriculum enhanced with collaborative community learning partnerships.

    PDMSTA is a public school, but has its own charter and is allowed to be more flexible and innovative and less regulated than traditional public schools.

    Central Carolina Technical College is a comprehensive, public, two-year institution of higher education dedicated to fostering a positive environment of teaching and learning for faculty, staff, and students. The College serves primarily the region of Clarendon, Lee, Kershaw, and Sumter counties in South Carolina and confers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. College programs, student support services, and resources provide citizens, businesses, industries, and communities with quality, affordable, accessible, customer-responsive post-secondary education through life-long learning and specialized training opportunities.
